Welcome to The Dog House in Ashburton.
We offer supervised leash-free Doggy Daycare & free play Kennels for dogs of all ages and sizes.
The Dog House and Little Dog House is your pups home away from home with doggy mates to play with all day long. Dogs can come for a half or a full day from Monday to Friday and play the day away.

Games Galore
We have an on-site swimming pool to cool off on hot days and plenty of shelters for dogs to sit in and watch the rain on the cool days. On any day the large sawdust pit under the trees is always a winner.
There is a bridge to play on and tunnels to chase each other through, under and over. There are ropes and sticks galore! Heaps of stuff to play with and it doesn’t take much encouragement to get friends to join in and play.
Living their Best Life
And when its time for a mid-play nap, there are chill zones with sleeping platforms that are perfect for soaking up the rays and nothing beats a snooze in the sawdust pit in winter.
If your dog gets on with everyone, they will enjoy their time at doggy daycare or a sleepover at the kennels to the max - and that is the way we like it. But if you do have a nervous dog, we do have a separate area for 1 or 2 pups to hang out alone together with plenty of running and playtime space.
It’s just like playing in your very own doggy playground, but with all of your fur-friends!
